Showers
Sometimes of blessings
Sometimes of sorrow
All the same they bring growth
of weeds
of flowers
beauty and ashes
Some must be plucked and discarded
While others are plucked for display
Same start, different finish
different purpose
Interesting how the same soul feeding rain
feeds the good and the bad
the ugly and the beautiful
It all falls on the good and bad alike
same rain bringing minerals and nutrients
but not always bringing what we want
always bringing what we need.
